In Person Tuition covers the attendance to the immerson itself September 21-25, 2017 including all pre-recorded Activations to prepare for the Immersion and attendance to the LIVE event - The tuition does NOT include lodging, transportation or meals. Group rates for lodging are available through the Opal Sands Resort. You will receive the group code once you register for the Immersion.
Please note that you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation and accomodations.
Side Note: If you are planning to travel from outside the area, it is recommended that you plan to arrive by at least midday on Thursday Sept 21st in order to be settled and prepared to participate in the Welcoming Session early evening. Departure time should be planned for Tuesday Sept 26th in order to give you time to integrate prior to travel as the Monday session will last through late afternoon (approx 4pm).
Virtual Attendance Tuition includes downloads of all pre-recorded Activations to prepare for the Immersion and all of the recordings of the LIVE event (Sept 21-25). Recordings will be uploaded daily so that you can access them throughout the time of the Immersion (Sept 21 - 25).
